Harrisburg Community Mobility Network is a community-driven initiative dedicated to improving transportation access, enhancing roadside safety, and delivering impactful community education across Dauphin County.

We provide reliable transportation services that help residents connect to employment, healthcare, education and essential daily needs. Our programs are designed to support individuals who face mobility challenges, including seniors, low-income households, and residents without access to dependable transportation.

Beyond transportation, we offer basic roadside assistance to help individuals safely manage unexpected vehicle issues such as flat tires, battery failures, and lockouts. These services reduce roadside risks and provide immediate support when residents need it most.

A core part of our mission is education. We deliver community-based safety education programs focused on vehicle safety, emergency preparedness, and preventative maintenance. These educational initiatives empower residents with practical knowledge that helps prevent breakdowns, reduce risks, and improve overall safety on the road.

By combining transportation services, roadside assistance, and community education, Harrisburg Community Mobility Network is building a safer, more informed, and better-connected community—ensuring residents are not only supported, but equipped with the knowledge to stay safe while mobile.
